Sail View building is perfectly situated in the heart of the Romantic Zone. The Main Lobby faces the famous Los Muertos Pier and leaves you steps from the most desirable beaches in Puerto Vallarta. You will be in the midst of interesting art galleries, beautiful boutique shops, and restaurants with cuisine representing countries from around the world all with an epic view of the city.

Joe Jack's
Fish selections right around the corner on restaurant row. The Red Snapper (Huachinango) is a must!. Great cocktails and the upstairs patio is a great spot to enjoy lunch or dinner.
Panchos Takos
Some of the best and most reasonably priced "al pastor" tacos in town. A favorite place with locals and tourists alike. They usually have a long line that can be avoided by arriving early...or really late.
Tacos Revolucion
Al kinds of traditional and interesting variations of tacos and Mexican food options. Portions are usually bigger.
Pal Mar
An exceptional menu and great vibe. Prices tend to be a bit higher, but they are well worth it and the food is delicious. Must try if you are visiting for a few days or more.
Coco's Kitchen
Mostly serving breakfast and lunch. A really great menu, reasonable prices and and beautiful outdoor area. A great way to start your day.
Tuna Azul
Just down the hill towards the pier. Some really great ceviche options and seafood you might not find everywhere. Another favorite with ex-pats and locals alike.
